Yan Kwai gained merits through his witty scheme in deceiving the Emperor Coy and Mui were so angry about the quintessence of the nine bulls and two tigers with Sit that they wanted to kill him. Sit fled away and, by chance, he found the 'Heavenly Book of No Words ' and the awesome spear and took them away. General Cheung was filled with resentment when he learnt about Sit's wonderful encounter. Hien suggested killing Sit, yet Cheung wanted to take advantage of his power to gain merits for himself. Emperor Teng holds a boxing contest to elect the vanguard for the East Expedition. Chau recommended Sit to represent the military cook to participate but was being obstructed by Cheung.
