Next, Chef Tigretón turns to chorizo, a traditional pork sausage, and pork belly to make secreto de cerdo, a classic Spanish dish he serves up with a vibrant tomato and bread salad. He then amps things up with a Spanish ratatouille that packs a flavour punch.
