The Richard Taylor Pub Company believes the customer should be made to feel good - which is why the candidates must ignore the jealousy of their partners by flirting with a beautiful stranger. The would-be managers are also asked to recount their last fight, to ensure that they have a solid relationship, handle a paralytic drunk and judge whether three guinea pigs are underage.
