Een ongelukkige gescheiden vrouw heeft de pech om naast een installateur van beveiligingssystemen te gaan wonen, een voyeur wiens hobby het is om verborgen videocamera's in de slaapkamers van al zijn klanten te plaatsen. Vervolgens houdt hij het seksleven van zijn klanten in de gaten via een uitgebreid tv-monitorsysteem in zijn garage.
