Ilsa je nacistická šéfka malého SS tábora pro cca 20 vězňů. Má velká prsa, uhlazenou blond frizúru a velmi pěknou tvářičku. Přes den je jejím úkolem dělat na vězních pokusy typu "Při jaké teplotě vody asi tak člověk, ponořen do ní, omdlí od bolesti?" a po nocích si relaxuje sexování s vybranými vězni. Ve druhé linii filmu se probližujeme k pár vězňům a připravujeme se s nimi na velký útěk. Béčková snímek je přecpaná sexem, násilím a krví.
