TIN tells SUN about his illness, adding that he will hand over Hong Zhi to him as soon as possible. Although SUN is happy about this, he is also worried. KIN sends FONG a divorce agreement by courier on the day of her discharge. TIN tells SUN to see him when he discovers that SUN is working as a spy for WAI. TIN is ambushed by a killer. SUN gets severely injured as he is trying to protect his father. FONG visits TIN at hospital. TIN believes the killer was hired by KIN. When FONG finds out that KIN has conducted a DNA profiling on TIN and her unborn baby, she decides to give up hope on this man who she once loved so much.
